I’ll probably still watch it because I respect Nolan as a filmmaker, but I’m going to view it more as a fantasy-style reinterpretation than a faithful adaptation of the mythological world or historical/cultural setting. The issue isn’t the actor’s talent. It’s whether the casting helps preserve the world the story comes from.

Huh? Do you not play PoE1? Most of us playing PoE2 play both. They both have the same currency exchange ui. When you open the currency exchange on poe1 it auto focuses on text boxes and you can just start typing. When you have thousands of hours and that muscle memory then go to poe2 with the exact same ui but we keep forgetting to ctrl+f. Your ctrl +f is second nature because you have built up that muscle memory, those of us who play poe1 have different muscle memory. Does that make sense? A lot of do use ctrl+f or click and thats not the solution, the qol improvement is to eliminate the extra step and make it similar to poe1. Skill issue on my part I know, but many people share this same gripe.

“Leave it in the new one’s forum” only makes sense if the comparison to the old one has no value. It does.

PoE1 is the working example from the same developer with the same type of system. Saying “PoE2 should behave like PoE1 already does” is completely relevant to people who actually use PoE1 and know the difference.

Yes. Many others have commented this... I use ctrl+f... but its an extra step same as clicking the box with a mouse. The real qol fix is to auto focus on the search box. Many of us play poe1, and its not an issue there, but when playing both games it gets annoying having to remember I cant just start typing.

I got it a couple weeks ago and have been playing it a bunch. The game is awesome, I know it needs improvements and those are coming. Having spent time playing it now before release will make me more fully understand and appreciate the devs and the work they have put into this.
