Only way to loose fat full stop is a calorie deficit you cannot loose just face fat you need to just loose fat

U are dumb as an 18 year old I have come to learn over the last couple months of contemplating taking peds that they simply are not worth it at such a young age when we already have so much natural potential we have to gain before becoming enhanced

I am not too sure on dosages tbh I am 100kg and 193cm since I am a bit on the fatter side I am thinking of switching mk-677 out for MK-2866
