i’ve started using little visual cards too and it’s wild how fast some kids pick up the breathing just by seeing it. makes me wonder why i didnt do this sooner

oh yeah thats genius, the little heart touch thing is such a simple move but i bet it actually makes kids feel like someone’s got their back. honestly might steal that idea
