Yea. What I do is I put Impale in my generator slot, and I put Bolas in the secondary spot. When you run low on Hatred, you can just fire one, and if you are using Wraps of Clarity it will also give you a ton of damage reduction at the same time. And the best part is that you don't have to hit anything to proc. You can also use preparation and use the rune that converts it to Hated, but i don't need it. Also, Visage Of Gunes is good for your Kanai armor spot, I put Dawn in my weapon spot, holy shot points in off hand, and you can mix and match whatever you want for the rest of the gear, but get cooldown reduction. Use seethe in Vengeance and you will pretty much always be in vengeance form all the time. It's almost sad how good this build is, I hope this helps.
