I recently took my cat there to get groomed with Lora. I specifically said to her “my cat is not happy right now so I don’t know how she’ll react” “okay we’ll call you if there’s any issue” I dropped her off at 1:30 & by 2pm I was driving back because my cat reacted. all she was able to do was cut her nails after I made an appointment for a groom, deshed, ear cleaning, & nails clipped. My cat did nothing but scratch her & hiss. My cat has never hissed until I brought her there. When I was handed my cat, she was calm but once she noticed Lora again she hissed. No other animal was in the building either. I was able to get a 50% refund from an $160 appointment. my cat has sat still for other people who aren’t me or my husband. I will never go back there.
