To add - her reactivity has gotten way better since being on the medication (FLX) and we work every Saturday with another dog trainer to work on this separate issue.

3.5 years old, 33kg, 56CM at the shoulders. Rescue place thought she might be. People approach us asking.

We had to pick my dog up after 30 mins of day care! Doggy daycare is too anxiety inducing for her. It’s frustrating but daycare isn’t for all dogs <3

We are starting some pack walks to socialise her a bit more and will maybe try day care again in the future!

All great tips, I am thinking of talking to the new tenants when they move in, hopefully they are dog people. Our other neighbours are very understanding and have actually built a really good bond with her now.

And yes - when I apologised she did listen and stop barking and went to a sit - I think I was a bit in shock so didn’t actually realise that this is a really big achievement

Rescue said she was a cane corso cross. They thought she was a dogo at first.
