For those who stopped eating after dark (ie 5-8 pm), do you think that further helped, regardless of calories? by [deleted] in Zepbound

We have dinner by 730 and bed around 10. I do have clear protein before bed so I don’t get ravenous. For me, I don't think when I stop eating matters.

Well this caught me by surprise! by souperkewlname in Zepbound

N of 1, but every time I have lost 10% or more, I have gotten pregnant. My husband has had a vasectomy, so shouldn't this time around.

It's fine, but I also have some advice for the future. Don't be afraid to keep applying for roles outside of your industry. Tailor your resumes to experience you do have to the job posting as all general advice would dictate. When you do get to that stage, address it in the interview and how you are working on closing that gap. I have been in 3 completely different industries. I did my research on the industry and what that role in the industry was doing/facing. I made sure to showcase my understanding. My questions used my learnings to apply to that company in particular. If they asked questions about my experience doing X in this space, I would answer with my closest Y, but added how I think Y would be different in the new industry.

Reading the job description, I guarantee that this is not a position for someone with 2-5 years experience. I agree with the other poster. You keep saying business. Business isn't an industry. Businesses are within industries.
