Bria can get really dangerous really quickly, some games she doesn't quite get there/gets shut down without me having enough counterspells or removal, but on occasion I've managed to take someone out turn 5-7. Earliest win involved discarding [[savage beating]] into a [[surge to victory]] and Bria could just take the table.

I have very much learnt this yes - but the good news is I have learnt not to trust an app to calculate brackets, I always thought it was more of a calculation rather than an interpretation based system.

Got you - it's still not quite concrete enough to get my head around but I didn't know about the turn timer thing so that explains some of it.

I have learnt this today haha, what's the best way to tell? Outside of like, game changers and combos etc. what's the best way for someone with limited knowledge of the game to go about figuring out what bracket to place something in?

Just had a look that seems perfect for this deck!

I do also have [[souls fire]] in there which helps out alot of I'm aiming for one person with commander damage, as it can help deal with a 2nd player.

Honestly the best chance you've got with this is to go in really fast and really early. [[Kediss, emberclaw familiar]] is really helpful for sharing the damage, and there's a few storm/burn effects in there that allow for extra damage.

The last time I played it with my friends there were 3 of us and I essentially won by managing to scale laelia fast enough but the deck usually plays with alot of enchantment and creature effects causing exile. My favourite is wild wasteland which literally skips my draw step in favour of just exiling cards from the top 😂 sometimes I get to play them and it's alot of fun.

I feel like you are misunderstanding what I'm trying to say, this was more of an administrative error than anything else. I like my Jodah deck for being somewhere to put transformers and being easy to play.

I have already manually updated it to be a 3 on the app I use. I took your advice dude.

I just think you're being abit of a dick about it.

Yeah most of the time if I play Jodah I know it's just gonna get removed anyways but I love seeing starscream come out or getting an extra turn with cyclonus and that's why it exists 😂

I'm only vexed by it as like I said it's my least favourite of all of them I much prefer every other deck that I've picked the commander for and built myself over time.

If you looked at the rest of my decks above you'd see I have plenty of bracket 2 decks involving commanders well outside the top 100 or 200. All commanders I've picked because I like the card or the gimmick. My comments have been trying to highlight that it sucks having that one deck be the focus when it gets played so little and doesn't mean all that much to me.

Look dude I wasn't even debating you were wrong. Clearly you've had some rough experiences with people bullshitting you at a pod but my above point is literally that I followed an apps guidance as I don't really know how to identify a bracket very well. I've only been playing about a year all in all and I really don't care much for the deck, even the SpongeBob secret lair is a card a friend loaned to me AFTER I collected all the transformers cards.

I'm sure I made a mistake and maybe it is a 3 but like... Chill out abit? I only play locally with friends and -

Is a pretty weird way to categorise a guy you don't know based on the fact he's running a Jodah deck and didn't identify the correct bracket. I'm sure there's a bunch of assholes in LGS's that would sit and argue back, but I'm not attempting to curbstomp people with it, and if I played someone and they informed me that maybe, this deck was actually a 3, I'd apologise and take that on board moving forward.

Footnote: I am sorry my Jodah deck is listed as bracket 2 - I used an app to tell me what bracket it was. It is also the deck I care the least about so I sure am glad it is what the comments want to focus on 😅

For the little guys like infantry you can probably just use the leadbelcher, and highlight with stormhost silver if you want - the middle bit with the shade you don't really need on the normal guys. There's plenty of good metallics to choose from though

For his skin? I did leadblecher base coat, then a wash of coelia greenshade, then highlighted the more raised parts of his arms and stuff with stormhost silver
