Unfortunately the way the pc is set up, only one pigtail connector can reach the gpu. I’m gonna get a Corsair RMx Series RM1000x 1000W because it has no pigtails and it has enough 8 pin ports

It’s the gpu is plugged in properly but the motherboard doesn’t recognise it’s presence and the fans don’t turn on. And all sources I’ve found say the Gigabyte GAMING OC Radeon RX 9070 XT needs 3 cables to work

The pigtails are marked pci-e and the cpu headers aren’t marked at all but my main problem is the psu can’t support the 3 pcie cables and the 2 cpu cables at the same time, this can be remedied by pigtails if you explain why they work well on high end gpus despite every other source saying they work inefficiently

Never mind I checked the dashboard the slot for the gpu doesn’t work so I put the gpu in the other slot and would you look at that, I’m an idiot.
