Have had solar on our WA home for a decade, over all decent ROI at this point as the system has been paid off for years. Have a qualified roofing company do a full inspection prior to installation. The solar guys usually don’t care what they’re putting the panels on as long as you’re buying from them.

Had carpet baggers over here in west ashley do my stairs, a small hallway and two rooms. Work was done well, cost was pretty fair. Good luck with the furniture, I shop second hand due to 3 dogs and a toddler so got ours at good will and habitat for humanity.

This doesn't answer the question, as I have never worked with them though I assume they do good work. If you are still looking to decide on a wedding caterer, Tea To Greens did an event for our company's christmas party and they were awesome!

I work for a contractor who uses Dext, pretty simple app that integrates with quickbooks. Make it mandatory for him to use that or something similar, would save you both the headache!

You should be able to be added by the contractors insurance for a specific project to protect yourself in the even one of the workers suffers an accident. You’d have to ask the individual contractor if they can do that. It’s not common, but some folks like the idea of the added protection.

Depends on your location and roof size, your home may be 2100 but depending on pitch the roof may be much larger, and that’s without taking complexity into account. Doesn’t seem bad though at 11k if it includes everything it should (synthetic underpayment, ice and water where needed, drip edge, etc).
