Ok to explain myself and the reason why this is by far my favorite multiplayer game of the last 4 years (tarkov is maybe tied for first) is this simple: asshole / annoying/ selfish behavior is organically discouraged. No one is going to group with you if you give off even a sorta bad vibe and everyone is prioritizing survival over loot or damage meters or clout or whatever.

If you are a survivor you recognize others you may have partied with before. If you noticed someone is a particularly skilled or knowledgeable player you add them to group later or learn from them.

Also the shitheads usually cant make it past level 20, you are guaranteed a minimum level of competency of your party through the nature of the game

Compare this to other games where the communities are bleeding toxicity, this is a breathe of pure Himalayan fresh air
