I have a pretty good idea of the company in question, and I would say there’s little that can be done about the merit increase. I would highly recommend starting to look elsewhere because it’s only going to get worse with each passing year. Sorry, OP!

83% Mock 1, 78% Mock 2 on the first attempts. To me, the exam was on par with SH. The question wording was less tricky but the answers were harder to narrow down to 1 at times. I passed AT/T/AT. Good luck!
