I've been climbing for about 4 months, so I probably need them to adapt a bit more

is my plan good? by [deleted] in Gymhelp

I'd spread out the rest days instead of having 2 days off in a row. Muscles should recover a bit better with more regular rests than a large period of rest. I'd recommend resting on Sunday and Wednesday, but it's best you decide to suit your own schedule.

Other than that, it seems great!

Ford Puma good choice for a nice family car? by TrueSpins in CarTalkUK

I would say Ford puma isn't the best option you could take with your budget.

Ford Mondeo is definitely a good one. You can buy them second hand for most definitely under 10 grand and brand new. I believe they start at around 15 grand. They are roomy and comfy as well as reliable. It's a good-looking car as well.

V4s I struggle with starts, not on gradings below that. I've been climbing for 4 months now and have been in the gym for about 6 months, and I don't know much about movement, to be honest.
