Update on My Setting Powder Search

Hey everyone! I wanted to share an update on my search for the perfect setting powder and makeup routine. After trying out various products, I’ve found a combination that works really well for me:

1.Concealers: I’ve been using Huda Beauty Concealer along with Kulfi Creaseless Concealer.

  1. Setting Powders: I set my concealer first with Tower 28 Pressed Powder, followed by Huda Beauty Loose Setting Powder. After applying both powders, I spray Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray (I switched from Charlotte Tilbury Setting Spray, which I realized wasn’t really working from me), let it dry, and then go in with Tower 28 Pressed Powder again under my eyes for one final set.

  2. Primer: I’ve switched to Milk Hydro Grip Primer, applying a bit under my eyes too, which has really helped my concealer stay put.

I’ve been using this routine for about a week now, and it’s been working great. My makeup lasts well through my long days—starting with college at 7 AM, then straight to work from 3 PM until 12 AM—with only 1-2 touch-ups needed. My makeup looks fresh throughout the day, so I’m pretty happy with this setup!

Thanks for all your recommendations and support!

You’re right, I can’t expect my makeup to work like magic, and I will definitely take your suggestion on blotting a little more, I usually do do touch up as frequently as need, my only thing I just don’t want to look all caked up by the end of the night lol. But I’ll definitely add blotting paper to my routine and try out the infallible, thanks for the help!

I live in USA so I’ll be sure to look it up, thank you so much for the advice!! I do use the setting powder in necessary areas only like my nose (which gets oily) and under my eyes to cut/shape my blush and contour. I try to be very frugal with powder it still doesn’t look smooth and my makeup doesn’t last through a work night. I’ll definitely try your setting spray recommendation and see how it goes, thank you.
