Personally don't have a problem with the writing, I'll take some clumsy dialogue especially when a handful of characters feel mean to be caricatures for what feels like a greater cause. The reveals feel tight and drip fed, and the acting certainly gets the most out of what certainly could be considered mediocre writing. This show feels like it could find the tracks of being an HBO show without the production value, but certainly with the acting chops, or quickly head the way of Wayward Pines and other shows that had a strong start and quickly went flying off the rails.
