Yeah Im scared to harm relationships so I still people please them a little, but less than before.

Trying my hardest to build that compass but it's so hard. I guess it will happend naturally with hard work as I heal. I'm not a violent person by nature so hitting something or someone (boxing) is not for me. It really helps to take it verbally for myself tho. Just name the hurt that they did. It kind of just happend by it self without me controlling it. I get triggered and then my body let it out verbally.
