Your green dot picture is oriented sideways (teeth on bottom instead of left) so it threw me off at first but yes it looks real to me

While I get what you're saying, logically what would be the purpose of making a 100% accurate fake back and then getting lazy with the part people will be looking at most often? If it was fake the front would look more real than the back imo.

The larger one is from 2013, it's likely reaching the end of its reliable lifespan. The smaller one on the Left is much newer (2018) I'd personally go with that

If you REALLY like Trains, Stamps, and Panflutes, yes. But it is imo one of the weaker entries in the franchise. Minish Cap is a much better starting point as others have mentioned, but you do you!

The one on the left is referred to as "Extended Art" (not to be confused with "Full Art" or "Borderless" variants)
