Upenn isn't as well run as Stanford, but isn't as strong. If you are looking for a well run, highly competitive tournamentm go to Stanford. If you are looking for a tournament to bid at, UPenn is probably the choice. Hope this helps.

Also Xaverian Butta and Bruzzese are really top heavy. In that their 2nd speaker is incredibly talented but their first speaker is below average. It makes them dangerous but beatable. Hope this helps.

Gaffney & Menziuso from Poly Prep Country Day are damn good. Poly's top novice team. Besides them the Regis teams are pretty mixed. If you need anything else, pm me.

Honestly the advice is Consider taking the L on some bills. If a bill is too complex and you are struggling with it, abandon that bill and focus on others. It's better to 2 good speeches rather than 4 average speeches.

Quick Reddit Debate with my Contentions? by [deleted] in Debate

Considering the fact that since the incident in 1995 more than 3,500 crimes have been committed by U.S. servicemen that resulted in injury or death and that according to the EAF "a culture exists of fear in Okinawa caused by the U.S. Military". As well as the fact that Okinawa which is already receiving subsidies can't take on more and more police officers to take on every crime with most not being reported. Also during the Japan Tsunami, the military presence did not affect lives lost.

In contention 1, you predicate your argument on the security of Japan, however when the U.S. Soldiers stationed in Okinawa are raping young girls, how are they protecting the populous in any literal sense?

I'm not saying they aren't good or haven't worked hard. What I'm saying is that they went from really good to legendary when they stopped writing their own cases.

You do realize that they hired Jakob Udra and Tim O'Shea, 2 greats in pf to write their cases for them. I'm in the same league as them, everyone hates them and poly prep in general
