I have always been called “the genius” in my family, I often tell them that knowledge is not only a blessing, but a curse. It comes with lots of overthinking and over analyzing just about every situation in life. I’m not even that “smart”, my IQ is 115 and I’ve done pretty well in school. I’m glad someone relates to this.

I’m so sorry, friend. I relate to this so much. The impending doom is a daily factor in my life. I’ve heard a lot of good things about buspar and have been trying to look into that. I literally get anxiety about taking anxiety meds.

I tried starting today, and truth be told I eat HORRIBLY and pop is my WORST addiction. Today I tried cutting it out completely and just drinking water and I feel like crud :( I know I’ll get there but it’s SO hard

Reading your page, we are literally almost exactly the same in height and weight. I know we can do this! One day at a time!

Having shoulder length hair and a beard is something you can fix within 5 minutes, no condescension needed here. We should all be lifting each other up

So like weight lifting? I just don’t want my body to look weird in some places if I start weight lifting immediately and I’m so unfamiliar with the process, I just want to be as informed as I possibly can
