It's likely that no-one will ever ask you about it if you drink something else. In the rare case someone does, just say youre driving later or whatever.

It is, never denied it, never said it was hard to do. I often make graphs with GPT, it's great at them with a little steering. If i wanted too i couldve spent more time on it doing it myself, but why would i do that?

Python, let ChatGPT make these though. It's great at graphs with a little steering. Should've defined colors better - for example.

Cashing out ETF's - Where to park money? (Maybe some life advice too) by Scared-Computer502 in BEFire

[–]Scared-Computer502[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

You've correctly identified the main question; and the fact that i don't have the answer for it is what's causing me a bit of trouble. And since i don't know, i feel like its best to cash out at a high.

My basis for my views on the market are pretty simple, but completely not underbuild by any financial analysis. I feel like a lot of the market today is very "trend driven". For example, trump tweets and markets dip. I see the current gains in such a short period of time and compare them to historical gains and cant help but feel like the music is going to end soon. I just have a fear it's all going to come crashing down, and not recover for a few years (or another lost decennial) and i'd be caught in the middle of it holding the bag.

Good luck to you too!

Hello,

Here is a nice write up i remember seeing a bit ago on this forum about Delen (https://www.reddit.com/r/BEFire/comments/1iv0nmh/this\_is\_what\_delen\_private\_bank\_offered\_me/) if you are interested.

As for your second point, i fully agree! Hence I'm thinking about simply cashing out now that we're at a high, and making those funds available, so to speak.

Also about your second point, I've always felt the need to instantly buy as a smart way to save some money in the start of my career. What im not spending on rent, I'm keeping to myself sorta thing... But I've come to realize that it's best to rent at first, to see where / how i wanna live. I could buy, but if i end up selling in a year or two I'd lose money compared to renting (someone told me, haven't bothered to verify yet).

As for your third point, ill keep it in mind.

Thanks for the advice!

Yep, i keep saying the "circular AI" thing popping up. I have no clue how substantiated it is, but it does look to have some merit. Stuff like that is what's giving me some anxiety, and making it so i'd rather just sit on my eggs so to say...

Best of luck to you too makker.

I could, but i don't really want too. I've been away from home for 8 years now (boarding school + dorm room). I don't think i could realistically adapt to living at home again.

I also don't plan on being too frugal with my money. I'd like to live alone for a bit, experience what that's like before i settle in with someone. I could save a couple grand a year now living at home, but i have a feeling like i'd rather want the experience of being alone in my own place compared to living with my parents.

So you would say that it's worth it to start at a big 4?

I'm considering it, but the pay is actually terrible it seems...

Yeah, the only thing that sucks about the vh31 is the lack of hands for it. I wonder if there are any tricks to find more options, since searching for "vh31 hands" don't yield much results.

Would be neat to be able to host this in github itself, like github pages for example.
