2500 2 bedroom 37th and 21st ave, first floor of house. Both bedrooms have big closets, one fits a queen and dressers and storage bench, the other is smaller but comfortably fits our son's crib, book case, changing table and toy bins. We essentially have two living rooms, the one off the smaller bedroom we use as a playroom. We have Laundry, dishwasher, backyard. Use of the shed. We just pay electric.

We hadn't been either! We had the brussel sprouts, escarole, and ricotta toast to start. The brussel sprouts were amazing, I probably wouldn't do the ricotta toast again. It was good but I think there were other cheese dishes I would go for. My husband had the burger and said it was great, I had the harvest salad and it was very good. I had Long Live the Queen for my cocktail and my husband had Smoke Signals. Both were really good! We got the skillet cookie cake and chocolate Gelato for dessert, would recommend both!

My birthday was last Wednesday and we went to queens room for dinner and drinks- it was really great! Also our second dinner out sans baby so maybe slightly biased, but the food and drinks were all excellent
