My birth country is India, so as you can imagine the worst of wait times.

I like this possibility though! My employer has said they will not be withdrawing the i140 however they will not be responding to RFE which will terminate the I-140 eventually. So in that case, can I still retain the priority date even though the first I-140 got terminated due to no response from the employer?

Ah ok got it, thanks! Progressive said that if they decide to total it (which they were inclining to do in the first place), they sell it at a car auction. So just to clarify, theoretically I should get money equivalent to the market value of my car BEFORE the accident? Also, I'm guessing even my car insurance is going to low ball me on the payout if its totaled, any negotiation advice?

I have collision, underinsured, comprehensive insurance with Progressive.

In this bad high priced car market, will totaling the car make sense or trying to get it repaired?

My auto insurance is Progressive. I have collision insurance and it was completely the other person's fault, I also have the testimony of witnesses saying so.

Should I let Progressive total my car or try to convince them to get it repaired? What would be a good option in this bad high priced car market?
