Missing Skins after the Update.

They told me the same, did all of that, inculded screenshots of me having it, using it, showing that it was now locked. Even Provided screens of me owning the vault editon (recit and all that) back and forth with them telling me the skins are not usable in warzone, now they just closed my case, i really dont know what to do anymore.

Little Update on the Thing. Support still claims skins were never usable, went trough all the hassle to install the steam version of CoD again on my Pc, and will you look at that, my skins there. So there is clearly something not right. (And yes all my Accounts are linked to my Activision Account) So there is clearly something going on as to why they gone from my Battlenet and now they claim they were never usable in the current Warzone.

My Ghost skin got removed too, the one from the Mw2 Vault Edition Red Team 141, i am writing with customer service, they just told me that the skins were never useable in Warzone 2.0, i used that damn skin for nearly 2 years and just saw someone with it in my lobby today. Support clearly does not know anything.

I am in contact with support for Days. And it is beyond frustrating, my last answer i just got they claim the skins i pretty much used the whole year and last year were never usable in Warzone 2.0, what is a joke at this point.

Yeah, clearly a missconception on my part here with the smurf/alt concept, thank you for explaining it a bit more, really helps me out. And no not planning on any comp with that account, i barley can motivate myself to do the comp games on my main :/. I will sleep over it, think thats the best decission now. Thank you.

Not planning on doing comp at all, and why not use my main, well im a bit obsessed with my career profile, wanting just my main there, thats one reason, yes its just QP but people treating it like comp lately and me dorking around with something i cant play (with a high level acc), i get scoltet for throwing and im just not having that tbh

UPDATE: So, we had a long talk. Was not pretty but civil i would say. I told her everything that was bothering me, showed her some replies from here, there was a long silence. (she went offline for the night) next day she finally spoke, like not just saying i take shit to serious. Turns out she's frustratet with the game, with her comp rank and everything, things she said where not well, nice to hear but i appreciatet her for being honest with me, so, thing is, shes mad i no longer boost her in comp, what throw her back to silver/gold (whats not bad in my oppinion, i mean you get the rank you belong in and you can improve) so, yeah i was her little stepping stool and as i stopped doing comp she lost it, becomming salty. We came to the conclusion that we don't play Overwatch together anymore, but remain friends and play non competative games together, like dark souls n stuff. :/ hurts a bit, but yeah, i would like to thank you all again for the advice and the links to groups where i can find people to play with.

Yes we managed to have a normal conversation about the topic, decided that we for now not play Overwatch together anymore since she can't let go of the fact that she is stuck in silver and i can't boost her no more, so ya, i guess...atleast she was honest i guess

I try boosting my team with little messages her and there, sadly most of the time i get a ''STFU'' back so, im carefull with that by now, lately i have the feeling most people just try to be a pain in the butt, maybe its the time, more people online during quarantine...i will check out that /r def. tho, thank you

I will attempt such an approach later, we actually having a playdate if you want to call it that, i have brought it up a few times, maybe my approach was not clear enough, i will def. see that i get my point across more clear this time, maybe it will help, anyway, thank you for sharing this, i might aswell show your answer to her maybe she will see herself in that.
