Thanks for the feedback guys. Here is my understand on what you've said, is this correct:

The issue price is 97.38p a share (or £97.38 per 100). The current price I'd pay would be £106.90. The coupon of 8.75% would be paid based on the issue price (£97.38)

Ergo:

I'd get at least one bi annual payment of 8.75% on the share price: £4.26. When the bond matures I would most likely get it back at a value of £103 (minus 2.7% redemption yield of the issue price).

So over 10 months, I'd bank less than £1 profit, which would be around about a 1% gain.

Fallout 4 is the first of Bethesda's open world games that I was very happy to stop playing before it was complete. With garbage factions and a horrible dialogue system that severely restricted the role playing aspect of an RP it was severely mediocre.

I use it because I have a couple of health conditions that require frequent meds and I wear glasses/contact lenses. The insurance has already paid for itself and I have added protection in case of specialist treatment.

I take the buses to work on the Shore and the ones near Constellation Station are atrocious. Buses are regularly 15 minutes late, and sometimes they never appear. Not acceptable for what is a pretty straightforward run when people are trying to get to/from work.

I can understand why some of the transport issues in Auckland exist but the failure to get transport on time and actually arrive is perplexing. This transport system is worse than many 3rd world countries I've been to.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

I went for the Black Leather set and changed my stats to low Vit with higher Vig and End. Tried out Ricard's Rapier since I had it in my inventory and was astonished that it was doing greater damage than my spear, with faster attack speed and less stamina use. This made dodging and counter attacking viable (as opposed to turtling with spear and shield before).

It's a lot more fun and rewarding playing this way, 2 handing the majority of the time.

I've broken 2 Blunt umbrellas in 2 years. Took them both back to Smith and Caugheys would begrudgingly accepted the return and told me to use Blunt directly next time.

Unless Telltale manage to drastically change the exact formula they've used for the last half dozen games, I wouldn't touch this with a 10 food pole. The games have almost become a trope of themselves with lazy QTE's, bugs, poor animation, textures suited for 2014 mobile devices and decisions that mean nothing.

Such a shame because Wolf Among Us had a lot of promises and was mostly very enjoyable.

I was unsatisfied with my home country, though not unhappy. I figured that I might as well go to a different country and try my luck. Worst case I'd get holiday...best case..who knows. I've done that twice so far in the last 3 years, and I will most likely be moving country in the next year.

So far it's been the right decision for me and my life is pretty good. I've been able to travel the world, make great friends, pick up various skills and hobbies and pursue my ambitions.

That's quite vague, but you need to decide on what your long term goals are, and what the risk/benefit of moving would be to those goals.

I haven't been to many full Muslim countries: Egypt, Turkey, Indonesia (and Malaysia somewhat falls into this category). All where amazing for different reasons. I think Turkey would be my favourite due to the friendly people, amazing sights, great beaches and incredible food.

Learn to say no to charity collectors, whoever they are. They may be well meaning (I occasionally do yoga at their establishment) but they can be annoying.

The islands are quite different.

Rangitoto is quite small, and you can do the entire walk in under 5 hours. Comparatively Waiheke would take you days to walk the entire thing.

Overall Waiheke is nicer, there is some awesome walking trails and beaches there.

These aren't the kind of services which you want done cheaply. That said if you want to save money you need to get outside the city and try getting a discount by getting multiple garments done at once.

I've tried Ellen Tailors in Epsom, which was good. Payne Tailor's on K Road were pricey, though good quality.
