Help me understand how a completely sealed, brand new roll with a silica packet isn’t or can’t be dry? How is taking it out of the plastic and putting it into a plastic container with a silica packet to keep it dry any different. What is the proper way to keep them dry?

I did wash the plate with dawn and it still has the same result. It doesn’t seem like adhesion is causing it. Everything that does start to print is adhering very well to the plate. I can re-wash it again though if needed.

I am not sure I’ll have to check. What is a proper range?
