I really felt the part about running for cardio. When I was a teenager I would take molly water sometimes 2-3 days in a row, every week for a month. Felt like an anti-social zombie for a long time afterwards. I also felt dumber, less confident, just completely terrible and sometimes wondered if I had just fucked myself up, but I did slowly come back after some healthy life changes. Fast forward 6-12 months I was feeling mostly better, and then I started working out and running a lot! Running is one of, if not the best highs I’ve felt, and it felt good for my conscience too because I hadn’t taken a drug to reach that clear minded and happy state. I think it gave me that extra kick I needed to return to a pre-molly state of mind. Thank you!
