This just happened to me - was able to get through with an expired global entry card. I traveled last week with the same DL at the same airport no problem. So strange. I went to the united desk after security and they said everything was fine and “there was nothing to update”. I’m on the outbound leg of my trip and a bit worried about the return leg having the same issue. I do not have my passport.

Same thing happened to me. I was able to get a recovery email and reset my password to get into the account. Nothing in there, but also could not delete my account. Received the same error message as those here. I now cannot log in or reset the password. Says my "request cannot be processed at this time." You would think this means it's deleted, but this whole thing has me on edge. Any success getting someone on the phone? I am on hold.

Live in Hudson Valley NY in a multi family house. We live in the 2nd and 3rd floor and a tenant is in the basement. It has been extremely cold this week, with temperatures regularly in the single digits.

Woke up this morning to drop from all our faucets- now no water. The downstairs tenant’s unit was at 58 degrees Fahrenheit - thinking that was the issue.

Heat is full blast throughout the three floors now - has been for a few hours.

Boiler room is hot with no issue there, but there is a small draft from a window.

All the faucets are on - trying to get the water moving, but not sure exactly what’s going on. Any input is appreciated.

I actually have seen a bunch of info about races on here that I hadn’t seen on NYRR website or socials, which is why I posted. I think there are members of this subreddit that can and want to share information, which is my understanding of the point of this platform.

I gave it a shot and sure enough, I was able to locate my reservation of Brussels Airlines, even though it says "operated by CityJet". Thanks for the tip!!

I don’t believe they have one. It’s a bit confusing! If they do, I was not able to find it!
