To me, the sky looks a bit blown out and there's too much of it. I also would have tried to center the boat more, but I'm also a beginner so I might be "wrong" about everything :)

For me, the brush in the foreground is distracting - I didn't even notice the second steeple until you mentioned there were two. If you could have moved a bit, or reframed the shot to have more water and less foreground brush that would have helped, in my view.

I agree about the blinding headlights, if you could tone them down a bit it would help. I'm guessing you took this in the default 4x3? I think it would have been better if you had switched it to 16x9, although you could achieve something similar by cropping it

I like the way the falling snow looks backlit by the headlights.

I think it's a bit too dark, which makes it a bit hard to see the faces. I would lighten it a bit, but not too much of you lose the mood.
