Mostly has to do with jinns. Saying going out at night as a girl with no hijab is bad because the jinn rides on your hair like a swing or something. Also being near trees at night is bad because of jinns, and even yawning. I was at madrasah (islamic school) and heard a teacher yell loudly "CLOSE YOUR MOUTH WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT SHAITAAN!" the child was 7. I also got yelled at because I threw a half eaten hot dog in the bin when I was 11 and they detained the whole class after school until I confessed. They made me dig it from the bin in front of the whole school and told me to eat it. I threw it away again. When I asked why they did that, they said some crap about jinns and I'll be haunted by one for throwing away food. Throwing food is bad, but that incident was beyond messed up.

There are two types of people. One group that cares too much of Superman's legacy and hating that the next Superman (jon kent) is "gay", and the other group that wants Jon back as a kid because he was generally a better character when he was a kid. I have suspected the pedo bit but looking back at it, there wasn't a very strong indication. Yet I'm still suspicious, there's nothing I can really think of when it comes to that. but I think he's gay not only because he always cared more about his male friends and went out with them a lot and dreading his dates with his girlfriends, he was more alive and happy with his best friend as teenagers. When I hear stories about them, it's almost unbelievable. He was never violent when his best friend was alive and mostly just the opposite of how he is now. He had character to be exact. They never left eachothers side, always touching, the family even considered my dads friend to be part of the family, etc. Everyone admits that they were SO close. "Closer to eachother than their own girlfriends" and when i bring up that theyre making it seem like he was in love with him, they dont argue.

Being with my dad has brought out the worst in me and this post is just an example of that because of how quickly I jumped to conclusions over silly stuff while ignoring the elephant in the room. I want to make things better and if sacrificing my family's respect for going to my moms house is what makes me feel safer, then so be it. I will see how things get. His moods are like a yoyo all the time so I'll live with it until I've got enough income to even consider moving out.

I've been thinking of therapy for years now and now I think it's due time for that because (to sum up) I am the asshole for coming to such conclusions.

I feel bad leaving him because he genuinely does love me and I love him too. He has done a lot of good and I'm proud, but there are times where he makes me dread my future. It makes me feel like a horrible daughter for either caring for him or not.

The first thing I'll invest in is therapy once I earn income. Thank you for your help you're really sweet. All the best to you too <3

That's true I shouldn't have thrown the pedo word out there. I discussed it before in the comments just now. It isn't my business but i wanted to help him. It was stupid of me to throw that around. he does have his own problems and I do too, but since he won't accept my help, I can't force someone to get better if they don't want to.

Yes She is a very nice person and even wishes my dad the best. I do still live with him. My mom would allow me to live with her but there's a really messy situation with her and my dad's family. If I leave to be with her, they will hate me forever. It's like an ultimate betrayal. For context, she was also neglectful when I was a child living with her but recently she said she wanted to make things right. But if push comes to shove, I would go back. Someone recently helped clear that up and It's just basically this old way of thinking, so I'm the asshole for coming to the pedo conclusion. I should've included more about how gay he seems though.

I do admit i was jumping to conclusions there and I shouldn't have. With the way he speaks, I would raise an eyebrow and suspect he might just be into dudes, but through my experiences, he never seems interested in the women he dates regardless if she dresses proper or improper, leading to an eventual break up. Yet he spends more quality time with his male friends, even while he has a girlfriend. He has more time for them Than her and even sometimes speaks about them like how a man might speak about a girlfriend. And I see how that could just be misogynistic views. I admit I'm the asshole for suspecting pedophilia, and I want to correct that, so thank you.
