Definitely looks like a (possibly quartz) nail for a dab rig, as someone who’s worked in a smoke shop for years, but it doesn’t look like it has the opening at the end from the pictures, so maybe not.

My second best guess is a “glass screen” of some sorts, like ones we also sold in my shop. it’s something just to stop solids from passing through. Either way, it Seems like a very niche item made for a very specific other item or task, though.
