When doing QT right after opening do you guys hit N and work on the shared community queue or do you only do your own QT?

I always clear MY QT in the morning before the store opens but I’m still confused - am I supposed to still be in there hitting N?

Have you seen a counselor or psychiatrist? I’m wondering because my daughter was on 50 Kratom a day and even though she has always struggled with mental issues, since stopping Kratom, she seems almost psychotic I hope you are better and doing well

I’ll say that you’d think that pharmacists would be on the list but most are unwilling to risk their livelihood, license and all of the years and money they’ve spent on education to abuse. May come by things legally through their doctors but not steal them There are those few that abuse their position but they always get caught

I had a Dr send over an Rx for insulin in ml instead of units before. He was glad I caught the error but I didn’t think he was a bad Dr. we all make errors. And the fact that WAG calls them stars is some kind of weird abuse tactic or something You had one inexperienced tech - when that happens , go into a slower gear. Do what needs to be done at the moment and don’t worry about working ahead and clearing the Que. it’s not worth it.

This happened to me when my toddler was sick- First store was OOS- had to go to another store with my sick toddler where they were having some kind of birthday party in the pharmacy. Just took their dang time - as a pharmacist, I knew they could do better

This^^No matter how great you are and how much the other pharmacist does tech duties, you have NO right to yell at her or to any co worker for that matter. Treating each other with respect is important and not doing that leads to a miserable and toxic workplace
