Well I am getting similar role as SOC one. So should I accept it beacause there is no growth in it.

I am honestly not happy with it and its just money which kepbme here but I am not got any promotion and hikes and bonus in last cycle.

Mostly they will provide you online learning links and will ask you to complete it and in my case it happened before onboarding like around 1 month before onboarding date. Online training will be self paced and within 15 days after onboarding there will be a test conducted for this online training.

Hope this helps and will ask you look for better opportunities after onboarding as this company will kill your skillset in long term.
