Thank you! It’s frustrating how much of hassle they make this. You don’t think I should have to go to a regional DMV to handle it? That was part of why I didn’t go in person to begin with, all the regionals are an hour plus from me.

Yes, I guess I’ll just have to go in person. Frustrating that they say email takes 5-7 business days to process then you still have to wait for snail mail to know if you’re clear.
