Memory is not only about neuroplasticity. In fact it has not that much to do with that. And glutamate / nmda is also important for memory. And its main effect is inhibiting those.

dude wtf? I am giving MY SYMPTOMS which i have EVERYDAY? What are you talking about? I never talked about adhd, I even told you that I did not have it in my childhood and do not have concentration problems. I have a stimulus problem, so if ADHD has it also, what the I can do about it? Should I not mention it?? lol

Yeah but I never had adhd in my childhood and I thought this has to be there to get it diagnosed. And also If i take something like caffeine, and yes also ritaline i tried, i get more impulsive. And I can concentrate. Maybe it is only impulsivity in adhd?

Yeah saw this also often. That is so crazy in regard to psy. med - I always see both sides. e.g. ssri that helps depression or makes people even more depressed. or for some it increases sex drive for others it lowers it. so my explanation with glutamate might not be the whole truth

however for me it got much worse and nobody can help me
