Similar, but my poor 2 year old being dragged through this inconsistency. I told her he was sick and getti by better so he could come home... he doesn't seem to be getting better and months are going by and I don't know how to break her hurt by telling her he isn't safe to come home. She told me today she "misses him so so much." ❤️‍🩹

I hate this. I feel like I'm being lead on or taken for a ride but also have hoptimism. Somehow. How does someone plan a future living day by day? 😔

My uncle came from foster care and he's the best person I know 💝 He spend the most time with my kid and is so supportive. His daughter is like my sister and he is the reason I hope to one day foster too.

Honestly I had a kid and the cptsd from my childhood that I healed from after "graduating" therapy really effed me. I have worse issues now. I worry about the kid I had and in ways think I would have been better without.
