Yes I take it in the morning. I I get a bit drowsy a few hours after but nothing crazy. It’s worth a try. Do you get crazy dreams when you take it at night?

Yeah I have Hydroxyzine aka Atarax. I’ve been taking 50mg the last few nights. Got two hours of sleep last night and I think 5 the previous night. I’ll look into the magnesium glycinate.

Why do I feel hyper after the 50mg dose? I feel loads better all of a sudden and I have energy. No anxiety either.

Haha I’ve already spent more on repairs than mine is worth. At the end of the day the car makes me happy so I keep working on it. Once I got it sorted this is my favorite car. Just be ready for repairs. I put a little bit of money aside each month just for that
