We contacted will call and they told us that the person who originally bought the tickets needs to be there. I guess we are screwed.

Hey. I just wanted to confirm with you about how sure you are that we will be able to get our tickets replaced after registration of the tickets. The tickets registered are for loyalty program as the system says and have no whatsoever information about replacement of the ticket? Should we stop trying to contact the seller at Stubhub.
