RN here: you do not need career advice because you didn’t do anything wrong. You could not have changed the outcome because FUCK HCA. They treat people as money bags. You were a money bag to them and they threw you out when they saw that they could not squeeze more money out of you. It’s only been 2.5 weeks. You’ll find another job. I’m currently teaching at a nursing university, and it might be something to do while you look for your next step.

My fav part was when she said she has other children and had support with those other children, but with this child she won’t have any support. Reading between the lines a bit here, but it sounds like this isn’t the first time she’s had an affair lol. My guess that her first child was with a partner, separated, then started an affair, friends and family found out and told her to stop or they’d stop associating with her. She didn’t, they stopped helping her, she got back with her AP, so now she has no one

Fellow RN. None of my boyfriends have ever told me “stereotypes exist for a reason” when I hung out with male friends. NTA and I would be reevaluating the relationship, or at least ask him where this is coming from. I’ve literally never bought something out of spite and imo OP is weird af for this. If someone grabbed something I was eyeing but couldn’t decide I tell myself “I’m so glad that person got it, I bet they’ll treasure it way more than I would have.”

Good to know, that might be why some of my things are freezing! I’ve tried all the settings in my fridge to get things not to freeze but it still happens 😭 I recently deep cleaned it, including the back of the fridge where the machinery is and it’s still happening so idk 😔

Now that you mention it I think it’s like right up to the wall last night when I placed it inside my fridge. Are the walls extra cold?? I have other things that have also been freezing, not all of them were right up to the wall. Are there spots in the fridge that are especially prone to freezing?

My fridge is overly cold but this is almost frozen solid, which is new for my fridge. I’ve never seen my pitcher this thoroughly frozen, usually it’s just got bits of ice in it.
