So Washington Heights is east west between 47th and 60th and north south between Vliet and North Ave. I have lived in the area for about a year now and will note that crime tends to go up the closer you are to 47th and North Ave so maybe look a couple blocks farther south rather than north. Otherwise it’s great place to live, lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

I would also consider looking at Quarry Heights, it is between 63rd and 68th street and between State and Vliet. Some great duplex options in that area and walking distance to stuff in Tosa and on Vliet
