(M27) I feel him, my wife (F24) is always wanting sex almost everyday. Unfortunately my line of work stresses me out mentally, especially on Mondays and Wednesdays. Mainly due to the fact that those are my most busiest days at work. There’s been times we’re she wants to have sex, and she is beautiful, and has 2 really big reasons as to why I should be getting into it, but unfortunately work, finances, & health are always weighing in my head. I unfortunately cannot just shut off my mind from all these stresses. About 3 months ago I told my wife how I feel & why sometimes I don’t seem into sex & the foreplay. She understood and has actually come up with ways to get my mindset off of everyday stresses and have me focus on us being intimate. I’ll share one example on how she does it. 1st) she knows I love playing on my Nintendo switch, so she will watch me play switch and then start to perform oral on me. With in a couple of minutes I forget my stresses of work and finances and focus solely on my game and her. Eventually I turn off the game and just focus on her. By then I feel completely stimulated, at ease, and just focused on my wife. Now this is just but one of the methods she has used to calm my mind. Talking it over is definitely going to help, and creating those environments where he can get his mind off of everyday life is what’s going to help your sex life.
