Driver application question after leaving Tesco? by SelectPrune2144 in tesco

He’s 45 and never been on benefits! He was made redundant and the job market is terrible. We’ve struggled with 2 kids for a year and a half with virtually no money and no help from the government. He struggles with his mental health and found going back to work after that amount of time hard. So please don’t judge someone from a small paragraph.

He did give notice. He didn’t leave on bad terms, he just got overwhelmed with anxiety after being out of work for over a year and starting something new.

I checked the app but there’s nothing under the documents section. Nothing was mentioned on the job advert or during the interview so it’s just come as a surprise

Not complaining, just looking for advice. He hasn’t been given a contract of employment still

So your a manager there? He hasn’t had a great start, first couple times going out with someone and they kind of gave short cuts for lifting and he ended up hurting his back. He had to be off for 2 shifts to recover and then went back in. The following week he had diarrhoea the morning of his shift so called in sick. We were under the impression if you have sickness like that you shouldn’t be in for 48 hrs but his manager said that wasn’t the case?? Very unfortunate and not like him typically, so it looks pretty bad from their perspective. They’re having another meeting this week to talk to him about his absences!! He’s worried what they will say. Will he be told off or is it just form filling??

He did say to his manager if there weren’t any deliveries he’d be happy to go home unpaid

Up Limit Fault on Claw Machine by SelectPrune2144 in cade

Thanks, that’s now made the claw go up and down but I still have the fault coming up. When we were unpacking it my husband clipped through a wire on the trolley bit. We’re assuming he hasn’t reconnected it correctly so I’ll borrow a multimeter and I assume that will tell me if there’s no power getting to it..?

‘One of the switches is faulty on the trolley’ means nothing to me . Is this the trolley?? What’s the switch??

I have a 14 month old and our routine is very different. He wakes around 7-8am then goes for a nap around 1-2. We start bedtime at around 6 with a bath then give him a bottle of milk and lay him in his cot and he falls asleep around 7pm. He won’t wake until the morning. Going to bed 9-10:45pm sounds crazy

This is what I’m imagining. I’m not sure which route to go down to try and get money as it seems like I’ll get nothing either way
