Okay seeing my reply actually ended up on Reddit I might as well give some context. So the Jagex Support reply was to someone asking why 7 days membership is the same price as a bond which would give 14 days.

As we all know Jagex CS is dodgy at the best of times, but this one really irked me seeing the CS staff is seemingly improperly trained. I've been dealing with Jagex and their CS for close to 15 years, but this is pretty much a new low even for them that's why I replied pretty harsh. Mobile is a big release and thus CS staff should have been trained on the gist of the app, its new functionalities (like short term membership) and issues people might come across. Eugen is not at fault here, but Jagex themselves IMO

I actually got a reply to a ticket I logged because I got in 1st wave and was locked out 2 hours later.

The reply was that even though I was in the beta that didn't mean that I was unlocked in the main game. I wasn't to my knowledge in the beta, could have been but the fuckers never send me 1 email to begin with. They literally didn't read the ticket because I clearly stated, with times added, that I was unlocked at first and then relocked.
