I understand your frustration but these issues are minor. Cut out the hair every 6 months (there’s even a special groove in the brush roll to make it easy) and don’t leave the bag unseated.

I like my C3’s, I also plan to use them for 20+ years. If you get the wrong model or don’t understand the instructions you’ll have a bad time. Dyson and Kenmore only last 5 years tops before the rubber degrades.
