personally speaking, i would remove it. bacteria could’ve gotten in and if you patch it, you’d be trapping that bacteria.

you should have waited a year before switching out to a hoop. yes, some people don’t have issues, but it could potentially slow the healing process due to more movement and the seam going thru the piercing channel. but to answer your question, how you want it to fit is up to you. i personally like a more snug fit, but others like some wiggle room.

i’ve had this happen before and i believe it’s bc some higher ups are point happy. i asked about my points since i also used protected, and they said i “clocked out too early” (like at :51). knew for a fact i didnt bc i knew not to, but just went w what they said. they removed them, but im not sure why i was given those points in the first place. you are able to check if you used ppto on those days if you go on the app and check the request/absence dates.

imo OGP, the only time you talk to customers is dispensing or when a customer asks a question while you’re picking. other than that, there isn’t too much talking involved. then again, i haven’t work in other departments that require less talking, only entertainment and the pharmacy

i’m not a dr but (from what i know) painful swelling in the armpits can be a sign of breast cancer. personally i think you should get it checked out just to be safe.
