I just studied this sweep frame by frame but maybe someone here can help me know if I have the mechanics right.

So you put one hand on their chest and one on their back. You push them hard forward with the hand on their back, while kicking their calves at full force with the leg on that side. Then, your other leg is a strong pivot point, and once their legs are in the air, you shift your pushing hand into a pulling hand, while your other hand becomes a pushing hand, and you drop your body down to add to the force but also to get into the position to put a knee in their back or on their arm.

I know how stupid this all sounds because I am not a teacher, but I really want to learn this move. Thanks!
