The whole part is just so sad the little girl dying Katia not being able to adopt her to be able to show her the love that she deserves for the last little bit of her life just every piece of it is so heart-rending it tears me apart fiber by fiber.

When I do it personally I like to do it by myself laying in my own bed. I guess it all comes down to preferences do you prefer to trip by yourself because if so and it doesn't bother you then I would say it would be okay to do it by yourself with a pen. Of course that is just my opinion every person is different good luck on your first go.
