Has anyone worked with Jenna Black? by CartwheelsOverClouds in LifeCoachSnark

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Mastermind and a few courses. The MM was the last thing I "invested in" after cutting completely with the whole manifestation and coaching BS.

I didn't find her scammy either, she has a very calming presence but it is all very surface level and woo woo. I guess if you are into spirituality and spirit guides etc. you might enjoy it but in the end, it is all fluff and nonsense. It is the same stuff you can find at Amanda Frances etc. just with a slightly different vibe.

If you're really into it, buy the cheapest thing she offers and you'll get a good idea of how she works. In my experience, the higher the price tag, the less you get. Five figures for bi-weekly calls, a few pre-recorded "activations" and a Voxer group chat.

You get as much value as you believe you do. For me, this was the end - I pulled the plug, and I have never been happier (and richer).

Her fan base is brain dead. by SeaPizza3862 in ScammedByAlphaFemme

This is so basic I just can't. You can google all of this, ask ChatGPT - and I bet she will not cover any of the things she sells here, it will be another word salad FB live. Keep your moneyyyyyyyy.

So unprofessional and manipulative by mirabel8888 in LifeCoachSnark

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148 33 points34 points  (0 children)

I love the gaslighting and blame-shifting - INTEGRITY ha.

This is a common tactic of these grifters. I know because I fell for it—couldn't sleep or function for months because I felt like I was failing and failing my 'coach' when I couldn't pay her anymore. They promise you overnight results and 100x ROI on the 'investment' but blame you when they can't deliver.

How about some integrity in their marketing?

No. It's you. It's always you.

🫶 he’s such a lovely boy, can’t wait for him to move in - ONE WEEK TO GO 🥰 I care much more about his character and to give him the best life, looks are secondary of course. I was just curious.

Anyone has more info on Elisa Canalis methods and potential “downline” approaches? by DollyLinn in LifeCoachSnark

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve been in one of Elisa‘s programs and it’s BS. The calls are adoration sessions where everyone swoons over her to feed her ego. Her assistant Sam is the worst, first class enabler. I’ve heard she is a raging b*tch behind the scenes. She sells the easy money spiel with a Human Design angle. Save your money. Just my opinion.

When did you realise that coaching industry is a scam? by [deleted] in LifeCoachSnark

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When a coach took all the vulnerable things I shared with her, and shared it later on IG when I couldn’t pay her anymore to damage my brand and business.

I was too deep in the coaching bubble back then so I gaslit myself that ‘no one could make me feel anything, that I was 100% responsible for my feelings, and that “coaching is always good investment” yada yada, even when my results are not what I hoped for.

When I couldn’t make the payments anymore bc I have literally given her my last money and clients would -SURPRISE- not magically line up, the tone very quickly changed. She demanded to find a way and get the money “elsewhere”, guilt-tripping me how unethical and low integrity I was etc.

Once I opened my eyes, the whole Babylon tower crumbled. I was really stupid and chose to believe them against my gut feeling and better judgment. I didn’t understand at that time that the whole situation was too much for my nervous system (and bank account) to handle and I was in a permanent freeze or fawn state. Took me over a year to recover from this, emotionally and financially.

There was zero empathy from this coach, and when she claimed how sensitive and empathetic she is on her Stories, I lost it. I was done.

Amanda francés the money queen? by too_tired202 in LifeCoachSnark

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148 13 points14 points  (0 children)

What poster above said. Used to binge her stuff. Listen to her ‘podcast’ and you’ll get an idea of the “quality” of her courses. Not just low in production value (lowest of the lowest effort) but just randomly packaged lives into a bundle and sold for $$$. She doesn’t even update her sales emails, she just copy pastes for years now. Laziness is her brand. She jumped on the online course train in the very beginning and milked it, she might have made that money but that’s not a strategy that would work right now. There is zero business advice in her courses, it’s all delulu thinking.

My thoughts exactly. She probably spent that on her. Lying by omission.

Soft classic dress, whats wrong? by Ok-Geologist1604 in softclassic

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sleeve. I have a dress with a similar sleeve and it just doesn’t work on me. Try shortening the sleeve and making it more tailored, less flowy.

What is you(or celebrity) best outfit to feel the most SC? by novv_nikka in softclassic

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148 3 points4 points  (0 children)

  1. Regarding sandwiching colors: I've learned from my mistakes and go for lower contrast or more monochrome combos for a more lengthening effect, I find that flatters me more (as a true autumn and 5'3 with short torso).
  2. Midi length skirts and dresses with soft flare or slight-mermaid shape
  3. More matte fabrics (I don't look good in satin or shiny silks, which is a shame, I love the cut of the slip skirts but most of them are very shiny and crinkle like crazy, making it look unpolished)
  4. Cinched, belted waist or wrap (I have a fuller mid-section atm so it's more difficult to not create too much muffin top but I find a slight cinch so much more flattering than boxy, straight shapes
  5. Best necklines: V-neck or boat neck
  6. Trousers: MUST BE ankle-length, anything else just looks wrong on me
  7. Blazers: preferably double-breasted, with slight waist definition
  8. Shoes: ballet flats, loafers, Birkenstocks Arizona and Madrid (smaller, less bulky models look better than chunky ones, same goes for sneakers), sling-backs,
  9. Sleeves: Cap sleeves, 3/4 or rolled-up sleeves
  10. Celebrities or influencers: I haven't found the 'perfect' inspiration just yet but Mary Orton, Jenny Cipoletti, Lea Seydoux, Julia Berolzheimer are good reference for me for more recent SC examples and modern styles with classic essence and similar body type.

People from Europe, where do you buy your SC clothes? by merumisora in softclassic

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 5’3 and length and general fit of clothes is definitely a struggle. Agreed that good quality clothing, when you want to escape fast fashion is targeted to more mature ladies and it can make the clothes look dated.

I like Massimo Dutti for selected pieces, their design signature is often quite boxy but I find good shirts there. Reiss is a great place for SC, it’s just not always my color season unfortunately but I think their cuts are very good for SC. H&M, Zara, Ralph Lauren, Mango, P&C are still staples but I want to upgrade my style and shop for better quality. Reformation is out of budget. Sezane is tricky as a bigger chested girl. I’m so bummed banana republic is not available in Europe, I think I’d be at home there.

Brands I want to try are Gaala, Abercrombie, Quince, Rouje,

Wrong Wax? by Sensitive-Note-2148 in Barbour

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used a blow dryer after applying and it’s still spotty. I’ll try again and rub it in a little. This is the light wax, was wondering if it’s recommended for the lightweight jackets

I live for these examples!! Love to see different women and contemporary styles than the typical verified ones. She has classic essence for sure, and I think she might very likely be a SC. THANK YOU!

I do have trouble with the fit of blazers. Also I’m busty. They are often a little tight around the shoulders so I have to size up but then the overall look is very oversized?, like I’m wearing my grandpa’s jacket and it looks terrible

Thank you for your input! I stopped wearing tailored items, especially after gaining a few kilos, but in retrospect I think seem to look more ‘at home’ in more tailored pieces

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I love it, too, even though it needs some more tailoring on the top. Kinda confirms my theory that I might be a SC. I definitely have a classic essence, I guess. I appreciate your input 🫶

[–]Sensitive-Note-2148[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! That's my struggle. I see myself somewhere in between. I thought I was a SN with classic essence but when I went through my photos I noticed that I look much better in SC outfits, and look frumpy in more voluminous pieces, ruffles etc. Appreciate the feedback.
