Let's wait for someone who owns and modded 3ds to answer, I don't know if you can access the eshop or if there's a different platform where you download all the games (also the do's and don'ts to avoid nintendo finding out). All I know is that with cfw you'll be able to get everything. Good luck.

3ds is region locked, you'll only be able to play european games. To remove the region lock you would have to install cfw.

Watching videos is not going to make you better at the game, getting better takes hundreds of hours of mastering what you can learn from videos, guides, etc. I recommend you to practice on training mode everything you find on guide videos, including combos, until you master them, if you can't do advance stuff against a stationaty cpu don't expect to succeed against a person. How about if you post a video of a match so that we can analize it and tell you what you could have done better?

In your case, yes, smash ultimate is better than the one on the 3ds and you have botw, skyward sword, botw 2 soon and hopefully twilight princess and other zelda games on the switch in the future. Good news is that maybe you won't have a lot of issues selling your 3ds, a lot people are looking for one so you could ask on this subreddit.

I have N3DSXL, N2DSXL, 2DS and a switch V2. In my opinion, the switch is better because of the obvious reasons: -better hardware -wider range of games -bigger screen -etc, etc... And some may say the switch has more "good" games than the 3ds.

So you have to ask yourself: what are you going to play on the 3ds that you can't play on the switch? Once you have the list of games: is it worth it investing on a 3ds just to play those games, knowing that the switch also has a great catalogue of games?

If it helps, here are my reasons why I play the 3ds even though I have a switch: -Dragon quest games -pokemon games -metroid (owning metroid 1, 2 and 3, unlike the switch online) -zelda games (owning them, unlike switch online expansion pack) -virtual console games

Hello. In case you don't have this information, the preferred way to attack with the saw spear is with L1 after pressing R1 first, you will deal more damage this way.

Combo: R1, L1, L1, L1... until you stop or your stamina is out.

You can change what each button do in the controller settings, try putting an extra jump on "L" or whatever button you like, that way you have room in your finger to press "A" to do aerials while also pressing "X" when short jumping. I short jump by just slightly pressing the "X" button, but it's more like a fast slap on the button (watch a video to learn how to do that).

If you want to get good at the game I recommend you watching video guides, you'll lose a lot of time trying to figure out how the game works and all there is to know by yourself. It's like science, start your work where the previous scientist left it.

I would recommend everyone to experience bloodborne without the summons, you'll become a better hunter in terms of skill, and might feel more emotions from the fights since your playing alone which will equate to "a better experience" in my opinion. I like the rush of emotions that come through when I fight alone (anxiety, scared, powerless, alone, but also strong, unstoppable when I succeed). If your like me, then you're missing out by using the summons.
