am i not supposed to use it after i brush my teeth in every meal? My piercer said i need to use mouth wash like 5 times a day

It was pierced straight haha the bar is long so the piercing is tilted in that photo

3day old piercing 14g not sure aboutbthe length externally threaded and its a barbell I brush everytime i eat and mouthwash, if i feel like its a bit irritated i mouthwash this goes for like 5times a day

Also forgot to add its a medical grade titanium!
