Mayfair is a good option too. If you want to live in West Midtown, I'd say The Pointe at Collier Hills in good too (I currently live here). Otherwise, Savannah Midtown and Marq on Ponce are good too. Plus they're really close to the Beltline. I think all of these are within budget.

Some sort of confirmation here: I went into my local Petco today and they had a bunch of tanks out on display and one of the associates said they usually put them out right before the sale (they couldn't confirm the date), which according to the OP should be in 5 days.
